LasserLab AI Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of LasserLab AI software, applications, and related services, including Continuity Relay and other LasserLab AI products.

Use of the services

You may use LasserLab AI services for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for the information you submit and for your use of outputs produced by the services.

Accounts and access

Some services may require authentication or an active membership. Access rights may depend on the product, membership tier, trial status, or usage allowance associated with your account.

Trials and usage limits

Some LasserLab AI products may offer free trial usage. Paid plans may include a defined number of successful operations during each applicable membership or billing period. Unused allowances do not carry forward unless expressly stated otherwise.

Memberships and payments

When access is purchased through Patreon, membership payments, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and payment information are processed under Patreon's applicable terms and policies. LasserLab AI uses membership information provided by Patreon to determine access to eligible LasserLab AI products.

Service availability

We aim to keep LasserLab AI services available and reliable, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Services may change as products are improved, maintained, or updated.

User content

You retain responsibility for content you submit to LasserLab AI services. Submission of content grants LasserLab AI the limited permission necessary to process that content for the requested service.

Intellectual property

LasserLab AI software, service architecture, branding, and other proprietary materials remain the property of their respective owners. These terms do not transfer ownership of LasserLab AI technology to users.

Prohibited use

You may not intentionally interfere with the operation or security of the services, bypass access controls or usage restrictions, or use the services in violation of applicable law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, LasserLab AI is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use the services.

Changes

These terms may be updated as LasserLab AI products and services evolve. The current version will be published at this address.
